Assam MLA’s Son Works at Petrol Pump in Bongaigaon to Collect Admission Fees

Bongaigaon: Shantanu Bhusan Choudhury, the son of Assam MLA Phani Bhusan Choudhury, was spotted working at a petrol pump in Bongaigaon. Shantanu, the only son of the MLA representing the No. 32 Bongaigaon assembly constituency, has taken up this job to collect funds for his higher education. In a conversation with the media, Shantanu shared that he recently appeared for the final semester exams of his graduation. He expressed his determination to finance his own education and emphasized the importance of every job, regardless of its scale.

MLA Phani Bhusan Choudhury fully supports his son’s decision and stands by him.

Phani Bhusan Choudhury has been the leader of Asom Gana Parishad, representing the Bongaigaon constituency for the 8th consecutive time in the Assam Legislative Assembly since 1985.
