Assam Police Written Test for SI and Other Posts on January

Guwahati: The State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) has announced that the written examination for various Assam Police posts will be held on January 5, 2025.

The test will be conducted to fill the following vacancies:

• 144 Sub Inspector (UB) posts in Assam Police.
• 51 Sub Inspector (AB) posts in Assam Commando Battalions.
• 7 Sub Inspector (Communication) posts in the APRO.
• 1 Assistant Deputy Controller (Junior) post in Civil Defence under DGCD & CGHG, Assam.

Important Guidelines for Applicants

• Candidates must carry a printed admit card to the examination hall.
• A valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Voter ID is mandatory for entry.

The SLPRB has urged all candidates to follow the instructions mentioned on the admit card and arrive at the examination center on time.
