Guwahati: Assam Down Town University’s Faculty of Commerce and Management recently organized a One-Day Personality Development Program focused on “The Art of Concentration in the Age of Distraction.”
The event featured esteemed guest speaker Chaitanya Dasa, an Ex-Scientist at DRDO and M.Tech Mechanical Engineer from NIT Trichy, who also serves as a practicing monk at the AKSHAY PATRA Foundation. The occasion was graced by Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Pranvir Singh and Dean of Faculty of Commerce and Management Dr. Bidyut Bikash Das, alongside faculty members and students from various disciplines.

Attendees gained valuable tactics for managing digital distractions and maximizing cognitive resources to enhance productivity.
