Guwahati: The Jalukbari Police made a significant breakthrough by uncovering a mobile phone theft operation in Adil Shah Gali, Katiya Dalang Jalukbari on September 30.

The raid led to the arrest of Ahuj Ali from Murshidabad, West Bengal, who was operating the rented room where stolen or snatched phones were received and disassembled.
Based on confidential information, the raid was conducted by the Incharge of Jalukbari Police Station and their team. They discovered broken mobiles and mobile phone parts in the rented room, which was being used as a hub for receiving stolen items. Ahuj Ali was apprehended during the operation.
Legal proceedings are now underway as the police continue to investigate this case.
