Nagaland : Honang Jess, the NPP candidate from Nagaland‘s Mon district’s No. 42 Wakching constituency, was greeted warmly in Naginimara on February 6.
The political parties are gearing up for the upcoming elections. The National People’s Party (NPP) has already released its first list of candidates. In the first phase, the party has given tickets to 12 candidates. Youth leader Honang Jess has gotten a ticket from the NPP for the No. 42 Wakching constituency in Mon district.
The youth leader arrived in his constituency after getting the party ticket. Hundreds of people welcomed the youth leader from Naginimara on the Assam-Nagaland border on Monday.
The general elections in Nagaland will be held on February 27. After the hill state’s election day is set, political parties are in a rush. Political parties have already given party tickets to the candidates.
