Morigaon : In a tragic incident that occurred on August 17 in Jagiroad, Assam, Anand Swarup, the Chief Engineer of the Maligaon Railway Station unit, lost his life. The accident took place in Nellie, where the vehicle he was traveling in, was involved in a major accident, resulting in his unfortunate demise.

Anand Swarup, aged 55, was on his way to Dimapur when the accident occurred. Hailing from Mumbai, he met with the accident and sadly lost his life at the scene, according to sources.
