Guwahati: The Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC) will soon introduce an exciting service called “Electric Bike Taxi and Delivery Services” through the “The Baayu ASTC App.” This app is part of the Baayu Clean Air movement, a step towards sustainable mobility using a decentralized open app. This information was shared by the ASTC authority.

“We are thrilled to bring a game-changing addition to our services – the ASTC City Cabs. This app-based taxi service aims to provide easy, dependable, and convenient transportation options within our city,” the authority stated.
To mark the occasion of the 77th Independence Day and in line with the “Meri Maati Mera Desh” program, the key players of ASTC and ASTC City Cabs gathered at ASTC Paltanbazar, Guwahati, at 5:30 PM. They took the “Panch Pran” pledge, which includes five resolutions to contribute towards a developed India in the next 25 years. This initiative aims to motivate stakeholders to work towards a prosperous India, serve as responsible citizens, and sincerely assist the people of the state.
