Old Students of Sainik School Give Blood on Independence Day

Guwahati: Former students of Sainik School Goalpara did something special on Independence Day. They organized blood donation camps in seven places across Assam. They gave blood to help people.

The main event happened at Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute in Guwahati. The Director of the Institute praised the students for donating blood every Independence Day for 14 years. He thanked them and gave them gifts.

In total, they collected 201 units of blood from different places. Even though some students couldn’t donate because of their health, everyone appreciated their effort. The school thanked everyone who helped and supported this good cause.
