Kuntal Raj Chakraborty to Attempt New Mandolin Marathon Record

Guwahati: Guinness World Record holder Kuntal Raj Chakraborty is set to make history once again as he attempts to break his own record for the longest marathon mandolin performance. The event, titled Mandolin Magic, will take place at the Geetanagar High School Playground, Guwahati, starting at 6 PM, January 31.

Chakraborty, who currently holds the Guinness Record for playing the mandolin continuously for 26 hours and 41 minutes in 2017, will now aim to perform for an incredible 48 hours. This remarkable effort highlights his dedication to music and his ability to push physical and mental limits.

The event will be organized by Byatikram Group in association with Bharatiya Associates, expected to attract music enthusiasts and supporters eager to witness this extraordinary feat. Dr. Saumen Bharatiya, Patron in Chief of Byatikram Group, emphasized the significance of the attempt, describing it as “a celebration of excellence and perseverance.”
