He encouraged students to recognize their potential for meaningful contributions and informed them of the upcoming opportunity to meet the President during her visit to Diphu on January 17.

Reflecting on the legacies of influential figures like Swami Vivekananda and Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Sarma urged students to introspect and understand their purpose in life. Stressing the importance of parental blessings, he emphasized the role of technology in contemporary life, urging students to embrace and master modern technologies like AI and machine learning.

Acknowledging the beauty of Karbi Anglong district, Dr. Sarma called on students to be stewards of its natural resources. He recommended multilingual proficiency, advising students to learn Assamese, Hindi, and English alongside their mother tongue. The Chief Minister also highlighted cultural and sports events like Sanskritik Maharan and Khel Mahasangram.
