Independent Assamese feature film Yoodha – The Warrior has secured an international streaming deal with Israel-based streaming platform Grindhouse after receiving recognition at several international film festivals in Mumbai, the United States and Egypt.
The film, directed by Smriti Prakash Boruah and produced by SPB Films in collaboration with Sampreeti Welfare Society, will now be introduced to Hebrew-speaking audiences, marking a significant achievement for Assamese regional cinema in the Middle Eastern market.

According to the makers, the streaming agreement includes professional Hebrew localization while preserving the film’s original Assamese identity.
