Shillong: The crew of the Assamese biopic Bhaimon Da, based on the life of renowned filmmaker Munin Baruah, was felicitated by the St. Anthony’s College Assam Students Association (SACASA) at Anjalee Cinema Hall in Shillong.
The event was held on the June 1. Around 20 crew members of the film were honoured in the presence of Dr. Kanta Kaveri Das from the Music Department.
As part of the program, SACASA also organised a Meet and Greet session, where students and cinema lovers had the chance to interact with the film team. The session received an enthusiastic response from the audience.
The event not only celebrated the team’s efforts but also highlighted the rising interest in Assamese cinema among youth in Shillong.
