Guwahati: A soothing new Assamese song, Kabita Kabita Loga Gaan, was launched by renowned singer Manisha Hazarika at the Guwahati Press Club on October 25. Sung by Tanuja Chetia, with music composed by Manash Hazarika, the song captures the essence of love, memory, and longing, offering a refreshing break from the usual music trends.
Manisha Hazarika, while releasing the song, described it as a “sweet expression of memory and longing,” praising the heartfelt vocals of Tanuja Chetia.
The music video features performances by Meghranjani Medhi and Neil Das. The launch event, hosted by Monmoromi Mahanta, was attended by several prominent personalities, including singer Saju, actress and Kathak dancer Meghranjani Medhi, The Voice India Kids 2 winner Manashi Sahariah, and video director Antareep Hazarika.
