Guwahati: Gaurav Gogoi, the newly appointed member of the Congress Working Committee (CWC), received a warm welcome from supporters in Guwahati on Sunday. Senior party leader Romen Chandra Borthakur was also present during the event held at Hotel D Agneedeep. Borthakur expressed his delight to be a part of the occasion and extended a heartfelt welcome to Gaurav Gogoi.
