Guwahati : As part of the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence celebrations, the Indian Government introduced the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign. This campaign encourages every household to proudly display the national tricolor from August 13th to 15th, 2023.
To promote this campaign and instill a deep respect for the National Flag, a bike rally was organized on August 12th, 2023, by the CRPF Group Centre in Guwahati. Around 60 officers and personnel from the Group Centre participated in the rally. The rally aimed to raise awareness among the public about the significance of the National Flag and the importance of hoisting it at homes during the designated days.

Leading the campaign was Manas Ranjan, DIG of GC CRPF Guwahati, along with other dignitaries including Ram Aotar Singh, Comdt, Sh. Sudhakar Dubey, Dy.Comdt, and Sh. T. Haokip, Dy.Comdt, along with various gazetted officers, sub-ordinate officers, and jawans who joined in the bike rally. The key message of the “Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan” is for everyone’s active involvement in hoisting the national flag at their residences during August 13th to 15th, 2023, to ensure the success of this patriotic event.
