Guwahati: A woman, around 38 years old, died after a train hit her near the railway gate close to Colony Bazar in the Bamuni Maidam area on April 21.
The accident happened early in the morning, around 6 am.
Police from the Guwahati railway station said they are trying to find out who the woman was. They are also looking into how the accident happened. The investigation is going on.
