Guwahati: St. Francis De Sales School, Satgaon, Narengi, organised a special Felicitation Programme to honour its Class X and XII students for their brilliant results in the CBSE Board Exams.
This year, 36 students from Class XII scored above 90% across Science, Commerce and Humanities streams. In Class X, 42 students achieved the same milestone.
Class X topper Siba Prasad Kar brought pride to the school with a remarkable 98.2%. In Class XII Humanities, Unmilita Pathak and Zeba Tahsin Ahmed topped with 97% each.
The event, attended by proud parents and faculty members, was graced by Fr. Genes Shagpliang (Manager, MSFS Provinciate), Fr. Santosh Varghese (School Bursar), and Fr. George Thomas MSFS (Principal).
Principal Fr. George Thomas praised the students’ dedication and said, “Their results show the hard work of students, support from families, and efforts of our teachers.”
He also urged students to stay humble, stay focused on their goals, and carry forward the values learned in school.
