The Indian Army honored 13 students from the Red Shield Centre of Wellness and Excellence, known as Manipur Super-50, for their success in the NEET-2024 exam. The ceremony, held in Bishnupur District, was attended by senior Army officers, NEIDO Director Mr. Rohit Shrivastava, and the students’ parents.
Selected from various districts of Manipur, 35 students underwent rigorous training from June 2023 to April 2024 under the Manipur Super-50 program. Impressively, 13 students passed the exam on their first attempt.
A collaborative effort between the Indian Army, SBI Foundation, and NIEDO, the program provides free residential coaching to underprivileged students. The Army ensured accommodation and project setup, the SBI Foundation provided financial backing, and NIEDO offered educational and psychological support.
The felicitation event underscores the Army’s dedication to uplifting Manipur’s youth and its broader commitment to nation-building.
