Indian Silk House Agencies Opens Its First Retail Store in Guwahati

Guwahati: Indian Silk House Agencies, has officially launched its first retail store in Guwahati, marking a significant milestone in its 50-year journey. The store was inaugurated by Pratibha Dudhori, founder of Indian Silk House Agencies, alongside Asha Agarwal, President of Chetna Ladies Club, and Sweta Somani, Founder Director of GD Goenka Toddler House.

Known for its exquisite collection of handwoven sarees, the brand offers a wide range, including the intricate Balucharis of Bengal, the vibrant Kanjeevarams of South India, and the regal Banarasis of the North, celebrating India’s diverse saree heritage.

Rajarshi De, Senior Business Development Manager, announced a 10% discount for customers in Guwahati and Assam for one week, starting today. He also revealed ambitious expansion plans, aiming to open 100 stores nationwide by the end of 2025.

This new chapter in Assam aims to build a cultural bridge, bringing the elegance and tradition of Indian sarees to the region while continuing the legacy of Indian Silk House Agencies.
