A delegation from the Department of Business Administration at Girijananda Chowdhury University (GCU) embarked on a four-day Excursion cum Educational trip to Bangkok from February 28th to March 3rd, 2024. Comprising 27 students and two faculty members, the team visited Bangkok at the invitation of the Asian Institute of Technology and Thammasat University.
During their stay, the students and faculty members participated in a series of educational activities and cultural experiences. Dr. Pradeep Kr Dash, Senior Programme Specialist and Director of Development Management at the Asian Institute of Technology, warmly welcomed the GCU students and provided them with an overview of AIT, along with insights into Bangkok’s rich cultural heritage.

The delegation also had the privilege of interacting with Dr. Tenzin Rabhgyal, Director of the Office of Student Affairs at AIT. Additionally, they visited Thammasat University, where they toured the campus to gain a deeper understanding of the academic environment.
These visits were aimed at fostering academic collaboration and initiating discussions on potential memoranda of understanding between Girijananda Chowdhury University and the esteemed institutions in Bangkok.
