Guwahati: Assam down town University and Bhattadev University, Bajali, Assam, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance collaboration between the two esteemed institutions.
The signing ceremony saw the honorable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Birinchi Kumar Das, and Registrar Dr. Subhash Chandra Das representing Bhattadev University, while Assam down town University was represented by Vice-Chancellor Prof. N.C. Talukdar, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pranveer Singh, Additional Registrar Dr. Ashim Barman, Executive Director of Research Prof. Dharmeswar Das, and other officials.
In his address, Prof. Birinchi Kumar Das expressed his delight at solidifying the partnership, emphasizing the importance of fostering long-term collaborations outlined in the MoU. Similarly, Vice-Chancellor of Assam down town University underscored their institution’s dedication to developing joint programs, initiatives, and training for mutual benefit.
Following the signing ceremony, Prof. Birinchi Kumar Das delivered an insightful lecture on “Adoption of Green & Sustainable Procedure in Chemical Analysis-Advocacy for Mastering Green Analytical Chemistry” as part of the AdtU intellectual lecture series, further enriching the academic exchange between the universities.
