Assam CM Visits Family of Triple Murder Victims, Assures Severe Punishment for Accused in Golaghat Case

Golaghat : Assam’s Chief Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma, visited the family of the victims in the shocking triple murder case that occurred in Golaghat. During his visit, CM Sarma assured that the accused in this horrific incident would receive severe punishment.

The gruesome incident took place on Monday afternoon in Golaghat, where three family members were brutally murdered at Hindi School Road. The accused, Nazibur Rahman, surrendered to the police along with a 9-month-old missing infant, whom he had allegedly taken away after committing the horrifying crime. The victims are Sanghamitra Ghosh (24 yrs) (wife of accused), Sanjeev Ghosh (father-in-law of accused), and Junu Ghosh (mother-in-law of accused), police said.
