Guwahati: Mega Entertainment, the leading organizer of fashion and pageant events in Northeast India, conducted auditions for the 14th Set Wet Mega Mister North East and the 21st Livon Mega Miss North East at Hotel Daaysco Oley Allo.
The auditions in Guwahati were part of an eight-state tour, which also included cities like Itanagar, Aizawl, Gangtok, Agartala, Dimapur, Shillong, and Imphal. Fashion entrepreneur Abhijeet Singha, founder of Mega Entertainment, expressed pride in the growing talent showcased over the years.
“Over two decades, we have seen incredible growth in the confidence and skills of contestants. These pageants provide a platform to celebrate the best talent from Northeast India,” Abhijeet said.
The pageants have launched the careers of many achievers. Winners often gain international opportunities and build successful careers.
This year’s finalists will undergo a week of grooming and training in Guwahati, leading up to the grand finale at the ITA Cultural Complex on January 30 and 31, 2025.
The auditions aim to discover more exceptional talent and continue the legacy of showcasing the region’s beauty and skills on global stages.
