Sivasagar: ONGC Assam Asset successfully carried out a Level-3 Offsite Emergency Mock Drill at Well LKW#544Z / WOR SKP-160-1 in Mohandeodhai Gaon, Amlokhi Deohal, in collaboration with the District Administration, Sivasagar, mutual aid partners, and other stakeholders.
The exercise took place under the supervision of ED-Asset Manager Bhaskar Chowdary Nettem and witnessed participation from the District Administration, Oil India Limited (OIL), Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), State Fire Service, and several partner agencies.
The mock drill demonstrated ONGC’s preparedness, quick response capability, and inter-agency coordination in handling emergency situations. The initiative highlighted the company’s commitment to safety, operational excellence, and environmental sustainability, while also strengthening the synergy between ONGC, local administration, and industry partners.
ONGC expressed gratitude to the District Administration, NDRF, Civil Defence, OIL, and BCPL for their guidance, cooperation, and active support in making the drill a success.
