According to Guwahati police, the two girls were found in Tihu, located in Nalbari district.
The incident unfolded on Wednesday when the two schoolgirls, aged approximately 13 to 14 years old and studying in the eighth standard at Panchadeep Jatiya Vidyalaya in Noonmati, went missing.
