Guwahati: The 107th Annual General Meeting of Shree Marwari Databya Aushadhalaya, the governing body of Marwari Hospitals, took place successfully at the Marwari Hospitals’ auditorium hall. The meeting was attended by SMDA members, doctors, and the hospital’s clinical and non-clinical staff.

President Ramesh Goenka, in his address, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve as President for the third term. He outlined his plans to bring meaningful changes during his tenure.
General Secretary R.S. Joshi extended his gratitude to SMDA members and Marwari Hospitals’ team for their continuous support. He emphasized the need for collective efforts to strengthen the hospital.
The meeting included the presentation of the working committee’s activity report and the approval of the audited balance sheet for FY 2022-23. CA Rakesh Dudharia was appointed as the statutory Auditor for the next financial year.
The meeting saw the sharing of thoughts, suggestions, and felicitations for various contributions, including blood donation and financial support for the hospital’s work. Sanjay Kedia was recognized for starting the SDS group, offering financial aid to needy patients. Other contributors and supporters were also acknowledged during the meeting.
