Hailakandi: Papul Alam Barbhuiyan, a youth from Hailakandi district, was arrested by police from the Rangpur area after he uploaded a dangerous stunt video on social media.
The incident took place under the Lala police station area. In the video, Papul was seen lying on a railway track while a rail cart passed over him. He recorded and shared the risky act on his social media, which quickly went viral.
