Guwahati: Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati has begun hosting “The Street Edit – A Street Food Festival at Café B You,” bringing popular street food flavours from across India to diners in the city.
The festival, which started on May 18, is currently underway at Café B You and will continue till May 24, 2026. Guests can visit the festival every evening from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM till May 23, while a special lunch service will be organised on Sunday, May 24, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
The menu features a wide range of regional street food dishes including Sikkim-style live veg momos, Mumbai’s vada pav, Delhi’s golgappa and ram ladoo, Bihar’s litti with choukha, and Kerala’s appam with chicken stew among several other offerings.
According to the organisers, the festival has been designed to recreate the familiar taste and atmosphere of Indian street food culture in a more comfortable and refined dining environment.
Speaking about the initiative, Gurmeet Randhawa said street food remains an important part of India’s culinary identity and carries memories and emotions connected with everyday life.
The hotel management stated that the ambience at Café B You has also been curated to provide a lively yet relaxed experience for guests attending the festival.
