Guwahati: Samagra Shiksha, Assam has introduced a new Career Counselling initiative through podcasts, aimed at guiding students from Class IX to XII. This innovative program is available via Tele-Education Classrooms, Smart Classrooms, YouTube, and the official Samagra Shiksha, Assam Facebook Page. The sessions will be conducted on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Friday of each month.
The first session kicked off on September 20, 2024, featuring Jugasmita Das, a second-year student from AIIMS-Guwahati. The 11-episode series will cover various career options, with Jugasmita providing invaluable advice on NEET preparation, exam patterns, and strategies for maintaining motivation.
The live session garnered impressive engagement with over 17,000 views across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Smart Classrooms. Students actively participated, gaining insights on their future careers and preparing for competitive exams.
This initiative has proven to be a great success, offering students guidance and motivation for their academic and professional aspirations.
