Radisson Blu Guwahati Hosts Mughal Darbar Food Feast

Guwahati: The Great Kabab Factory at Radisson Blu Guwahati is bringing a royal dining experience with the Mughal Darbar Food Feast, celebrating the rich and flavorful world of Mughlai cuisine. The festival runs from 28th February to 16th March, offering a special menu crafted by Chef Vakil Ahmad Qureshi, known for his expertise in authentic Mughlai flavors.

Guests can indulge in a variety of dishes, including Galouti Kebab, Murgh Chaap, Nalli Nihari, Dum Pukht Biryani, and Shahi Tukda, all prepared using traditional cooking techniques and royal spices.

Speaking about the festival, Dinesh Kapri, Vice President-Operations, said, “Mughlai cuisine is a blend of rich heritage, bold flavors, and intricate cooking methods. This food festival aims to recreate the regal dining experience of the Mughal courts.”

Ankur Mehrotra, General Manager at Radisson Blu Guwahati, added, “Our chefs have crafted a menu that revives the essence of royal feasts with slow-cooked meats, aromatic gravies, and rich spices.”

Chef Karthikeyan, Executive Chef at Radisson Blu Guwahati, emphasized the hotel’s commitment to bringing authentic flavors from around the world. “We strive to introduce guests to the finest cuisines through expert-curated food festivals,” he said.
