Guwahati: A highly anticipated music event featuring Bollywood singer Jubin Nautiyal, scheduled to take place at Nehru Stadium in Guwahati today, has been suddenly cancelled by the organizers, leaving ticket holders and pass recipients disappointed.
Despite receiving permission from Guwahati police, the event faced an abrupt halt when police discovered no preparations made by the organizers at Nehru Stadium.

In a statement, the city police expressed concern over the unexpected cancellation. City police urging everyone to refrain from causing any disturbances at the venue.
A notice from the organizing team of the UR DREAMS SaReGaMa Recognition Awards 2024 attributed the cancellation to unforeseen technical issues, particularly delays in receiving essential event equipment.
The organizing team extended sincere apologies to all affected individuals and assured refunds for purchased tickets within 7-10 working days.
