Guwahati: The Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST) in Paschim Boragaon, Guwahati, inaugurated the National Conference on Polymers and Advanced Functional Materials (NCPAFM 2024) on December 13-14, 2024. The two-day event aims to advance academic and professional knowledge in polymer science and explore innovations in functional materials.
The conference was inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony and a welcome address by Prof. Neelotpal Sen Sharma, the organizing secretary. It covers topics such as polymer nanocomposites, biological materials, optoelectronics, energy applications, and environmental uses of functional materials.
