Guwahati: The Office of the Commissioner of Police, Guwahati has officially shifted to a new location at NERIPSTR Building, Khanapara, near Science Museum (781022). Previously, the office operated from the LAD Building, Kachari, Panbazar (781001).

The relocation aims to provide better facilities, improved accessibility, and a more efficient work environment for both police personnel and the public. The new premises at Khanapara offer more space, better infrastructure, and modern amenities, enhancing the functioning of the Guwahati Police Commissionerate.
