Guwahati : Guwahati’s Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport has witnessed a significant increase in passenger traffic and air movements. Among the latest additions in terms of flights is Akasa Airline, which has commenced new connectivity between Guwahati, Mumbai, and Bengaluru on all weekdays.
This addition to Guwahati’s summer schedule has been well received by passengers, who expressed their satisfaction with the enhanced flight options connecting to Mumbai and Bengaluru. Akasa Airline is deploying a narrow-body Boeing aircraft with a single-class configuration, offering 189 seats in Economy Class.
Akasa Airline has decided to operate this route from June 1st until October 28th, 2023. It is important to note that the Mumbai flight will be operational until June 30th, 2023, while the Bengaluru flight will continue until October 28th, 2023, said sources.
