Guwahati : In the ongoing Guwahati Sports Association’s B and C Division Football Leagues for the 2023-24 season, Rajbari Athletic Club and Narengi Royal FC secured impressive wins at Nehru Stadium.

In the B Division, Rajbari AC emerged victorious against Udayan Kristi Sangha with a score of 2-1. Yaima Singh (37′) and Raju Singh (55′) scored for Rajbari, while Udayan’s Nazibul Islam (22′) managed a goal. Raju Singh, from Rajbari, was honored as the Player of the Match, and the trophy was presented by GSA Joint Secretary Kajal Paul Choudhury.
In the C Division, Narengi Royal FC defeated 91 Yards Club with a score of 4-1. Narengi’s Dwima Brahma (21′), Hadorsa Narzary (42′, 71′), and Hitelo Magh (57′) secured the goals, while Rahul Basumatary (2′) scored the sole goal for 91 Yards Club. Visieto Thapru, representing Narengi, received the Player of the Match trophy, presented by GSA Executive Member Pramod Rajbangshi.
