Guwahati: Assam down town University has signed an MoU with VFS Global Academy to enhance education in travel, tourism, hospitality, and retail. This partnership aims to equip students with global industry skills.
The event saw the presence of Surjeet Kainth, India Head of VFS Global, Amit Saincher, Global Head of VFS Global, along with the Vice Chancellor and Pro Vice Chancellor of Assam down town University.
The Vice Chancellor called the collaboration a “cornerstone” in expanding students’ global exposure. The Pro Vice Chancellor emphasized its role in aligning education with industry needs. Amit Saincher from VFS Global highlighted their commitment to international job market readiness.
The ceremony included presentations, discussions, and the MoU exchange, marking a significant step in skill-based education.
