Sri Sankardev Netralaya was honored with the prestigious SN Shah National Award at the all-India level during a special VISION 2020 INDIA function in Punjab on July 7, 2024. The award was presented by Dr. Rajesh Saini, President of VISION 2020 India, and CEO Phanindra Babu Nukella, in the presence of MP Ludhiana Ranbit Singh Bittu, for the hospital’s outstanding contribution to society.
In addition, Sri Sankardev Netralaya received the Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY Gold Quality Certificate for the second time (2024-2027) from the National Health Authority (NHA) and the Quality Council of India (QCI).
VISION 2020 is an international initiative aimed at eliminating the root causes of avoidable blindness.
