New Delhi: Catch Salt & Spices, a popular brand under Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), has launched its first television commercial (TVC) for Catch Premium Iodised Pink Rock Salt.
The campaign has been created by Dentsu Creative Webchutney and marks the brand’s expansion beyond its spices and sprinklers category into the salt segment. The TVC is being aired on television and digital platforms, including social media and OTT, to reach a wider audience.
The advertisement shows a simple and relatable scene in a neighbourhood play area, where two mothers and their children are talking. In the ad, a young girl explains the origin and benefits of Catch Premium Iodised Pink Rock Salt, highlighting its features in an easy and natural way.
Arnab Ghatak Choudhury, General Manager (Marketing), said the campaign focuses on the product’s unique qualities in an everyday setting. He added that the story reflects the brand’s idea that good ingredients make everyday food special.
Surjo Dutt, Chief Creative Officer at Dentsu Creative Webchutney, said the aim was to present salt not just as a basic kitchen item but as an informed choice. He said using children in the story helps show how modern families are becoming more aware about what they consume.
The campaign highlights the message that food is more than just eating, and the right ingredients play an important role in daily life.
