Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati is set to host the ‘Wazwan E Kashmir’ food festival at its restaurant, Café B You, from February 15 to 24, 2025. Following last year’s success, the festival will once again showcase the traditional cuisine of Kashmir.
Chef Shabir from Pahalgam has curated a special buffet featuring Harissa, Mutton Rista, Gustaba, Tabak Maaz, Nadru Yakhni, Lahabi Kebab, Waza Kokur, and Kahwa tea. The event will also include Kashmiri-themed décor, selfie booths, and staff dressed in ethnic attire to enhance the experience.
