Guwahati: The Amrit Kaal Vimarsh Lecture Series: Viksit Bharat@2047 continued its endeavor to promote academic discourse and inclusive growth with a captivating lecture on March 9, 2024. Renowned guest speaker Mr. K S P V Pavan Kumar, IFS, Special Secretary IT & Director, Directorate of IT Electronics and Communications, Assam, addressed students, faculty, and administrative staff at Auditorium 1, Assam down town University (AdtU) campus.
The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Prof. N.C. Talukdar, Vice Chancellor, AdtU, Prof. P.
