Guwahati: Two Assam women cricketers have been named for the India A team for the upcoming tour of England. Wicketkeeper batter Uma Chetry and all-rounder Jintimani Kalita will be part of the India A team.

Uma was a part of the senior Indian women’s team that won a gold medal in the Asian Games whereas Jintimani has been an integral part of the Mumbai Indians’ women’s set-up.
