Senior Police Officer Partha Sarathi Mahanta Receives Ph.D. from Assam Down Town University

Guwahati: Partha Sarathi Mahanta, the Deputy Inspector General of Police (Administration) in Assam, has been awarded a Ph.D. from Assam Down Town University.
