Guwahati: Radisson Blu Guwahati has launched an exciting food festival called The Great Indian Grill Games at its famous restaurant, The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF). The event began this week and will continue until 10th August 2025, bringing top chefs from across India to showcase their best grilled dishes.
The festival offers a mix of traditional kababs and modern grill recipes, made with special spices and cooking styles passed down through generations. Chefs from different TGKF locations have come together for this friendly food competition, turning every evening into a celebration of Indian flavours.

Guests can also take part by voting for their favourite dishes, making the dining experience more fun and interactive.
