Guwahati: The NDA (National Democratic Alliance), led by the BJP, has won a big victory in the Rabha Hasong Autonomous Council elections. Out of 36 seats, the NDA won 33.
The BJP won 6 seats, and its ally Rabha Hasong Jautho Sangraam Samiti won 27 seats. Two Independent candidates also won. The Congress could win only one seat.

Tankeswar Rabha, the current Chief Executive Member (CEM), won again from South Dudhnoi (07).
