Guwahati: FICCI FLO Northeast has appointed its new leadership team for 2025-26. The Change of Guard ceremony was held at Vivanta, Guwahati, and later in New Delhi.
Rashmi Manchanda will lead as Chairperson, focusing on women’s growth and self-reliance. She has a strong background in business, social work, and women’s empowerment.
The new core team members are:
- Pronita Baruva – Senior Vice Chairperson
- Bela Nawka – Vice Chairperson
- Latika Jhunjhunwala – Secretary
- Manashree Prakash – Joint Secretary
- Neha Khandelwal – Treasurer
- Geetanjali Kakati – Joint Treasurer
The team aims to support women in education, business, health, and skill development. They plan to introduce impactful programs to empower women across different fields.
FICCI FLO Northeast thanked Joyshree Das Verma, the outgoing national President, for her leadership. Her work has inspired many women and strengthened the FLO network.
The new team looks forward to continuing this journey and making a lasting impact.
