Guwahati: A complaint has been submitted to the Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup Metro against Radiant Public School, located at Panjabari, for allegedly operating without CBSE affiliation.

The complaint, filed by the Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Foundation of India, stated that the school has been functioning as a CBSE institution despite not fulfilling the required norms and lacking official affiliation.

According to the foundation, several mandatory conditions — including land requirements, safety certificates, and other CBSE compliance documents — are missing. They also attached an email from CBSE confirming that Radiant Public School is not affiliated.

The foundation has urged the district administration to investigate the matter and take necessary action to protect students’ interests.

When contacted, the school authorities said they would soon provide a clarification on the issue.
