‘Code Conquer Compete’ Brings Together 205 Students at AdtU

Guwahati: Assam down town University held a one-day Hackathon Workshop and Gaming Competition called “Code Conquer Compete” on 11th July at its campus. A total of 205 students took part in the event to show their skills in coding and e-sports gaming.

The program started with a welcome speech by Dr. Mahendra Kumar Modi, Executive Dean of the University. He said that such events help students to learn by doing and grow through teamwork and innovation.

Students from different departments joined the event. It gave coders and gamers a chance to compete, learn, and connect with others. The day ended with a prize distribution ceremony, attended by Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Pranveer Singh, who praised the students for their energy, talent, and teamwork.

The university said the event shows its focus on practical learning, creativity, and digital skills. “Code Conquer Compete” was not only fun but also helped students build confidence and work as a team.
