Goalpara: In a shocking and distressing incident, a woman leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Goalpara district, was found dead near the national highway. The lifeless body of leader was discovered in the Salpara Krishnai area of Goalpara district on Sunday.
Upon hearing the tragic news, her party colleagues took to Twitter to express their condolences and share their heartfelt sympathies over her untimely demise.
Bhabesh Kalita, the President of the Assam BJP, expressed deep sorrow over the killing of her, the BJP’s district secretary in Goalpara. Kalita stated, “I am profoundly saddened by the tragic death of BJP leader, who fell victim to the brutality of unidentified miscreants. The dedication and service she rendered to the party will always be remembered.”
The local authorities have launched an investigation.
