Guwahati: Apna Ghar Guwahati, an initiative of Intas Foundation, organised an awareness session on haemophilia at the Gandhi Basti Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) on Friday. The programme was attended by ASHA workers and healthcare staff.
The session aimed to improve understanding of haemophilia—its signs, symptoms, and management—and to spread awareness about the support services provided by Intas Foundation for patients living with the condition.
Participants took part in interactive discussions and appreciated the Foundation’s continued efforts in healthcare awareness and patient support. They also expressed their commitment to collaborate in future activities to assist haemophilia patients in the community.
With this programme, Intas Foundation further strengthens haemophilia care and awareness in Assam, reaffirming its commitment to improving community health and wellbeing.
