Dhubri: A shocking incident took place in East Bilasipara, Dhubri district, when AIUDF MLA Shamsul Huda caused chaos at a foundation stone laying ceremony for an RCC bridge at Daikhowa Market on Tuesday.
Eyewitnesses said that MLA Huda got angry after noticing a small banana tree placed at the site. In a surprising move, he allegedly picked up the tree and got into an argument with workers from the construction company, led by contractor Avinash Agarwal.
